To implement this policy, Peace Staffing Services Ltd will:

Section 5 – Responsibilities

  • Management is responsible for promoting equality and taking action against discrimination.

  • Employees are responsible for treating colleagues, service users, and clients with respect.

  • HR is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures reflect current legislation.

Section 6 – Breaches of Policy

Breaches of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Clients or service users who breach this policy may have services withdrawn.
